Rolwaling himal is a group of mountain that include Gaurishanker and it lies east west valley below than Gaurishanker(7145m) and just south of Tibetan border. It is an isolated and culturally diverse area. The route stays mainly on the ridge , commanding a panoramic view of the mountain. Rhododendron flowers in spring are specially beautiful. Among many other mountains, Gaurishanker 7134m and Menlungtse7181m are outstanding. In addition, Choba Bhamare5993m of unique rock spires and mountains of Jugal Himal and Langtang Himal can be seen.
Beding and Na is the last Sherpa village of this valley, where more than 200 good Sherpa climbers, have been to the top of Mt. Everest and numerous other 8000m peaks in Nepal .cross over the Tashi Lapcha pass (5755m) and visit Thame, Tenzing Norgay's hometown, and enter the Khumbu valley, the legendary home of the Sherpas .which lies at the foot of Everest valley.

People and culture
Sherpas are main ethnic group who lives around in this region. This is their heart land and their influence is to be seen everywhere from their traditional dress to their distinctive houses and monasteries. There are also minorities of various other groups. Like Rai, Tamang, Braman and Chhetri.

Flora and Fauna
Up to 4000m you will find dense stands of forest including pine, oak and the spectacular flowering rhododendrons. In spring all the hills are riot of colours. There is a good chance of seeing wildlife, mostly of them are birds. If you are lucky, you may will see musk deer, barking deer and Himalayan Tahr.

Day to Day Itinerary
Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu. and Transper to Hotel
Day 02 Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 03 Kathmandu. to Dolakha(1750m)
Bus ride will take approximately 7hrs. Dolakha is the center of economy and administration of this area. There is a famous Hindu temple of Bhimsennath and surrounded by Newari people.
Day 04 Dolakha to Shigati(950m)
Trail follows the road and passing the Chorten to the ridge. From the ridge there are views of mountain. Trail descends towards to Tambakosi river. Pass the Malephu village and trekking through pine forest to reach Pigti village. Cross the Gumbu khola trek through rice paddies to Shigati khola.
Day 05 Shigati to Jagat (1150m)
The trail continues along the river. Soon after crossing the suspension bridge trail becomes more like mountain road to Dhoban village.the path is generally level except a few sots of steep ascent. Pass by the mani stones and the mani wheels to the village.
Day 06 Jagat to simigaon(1950m)
The course will go up and down more often than before. Follow the path into the forested area to reach Gongar village. The trail follows the river and valley will become narrower and narrower. Passing the Chetchet village and trekking through forested area to reach to Simigoau.
Day 07 Simigoau to kharka(2700m)
Trail descend to the ridge and climbing steep stone steps through forested area before approaching the Rolwaling Khola. Trail continues ascents and descents towards to kharka.
Day 08 Kharka to Beding(3693m)
The path becomes narrow going through a forested area along the bank. The ascent is gentle. Cross the Rolwaling khola and Jagrun khola. pass the small villages like Nyimare, Ramding and Gyabrung to reach to Chameka. After short climb there is a village of Beding.
Day 09 Beding to Na to Tsho Rolpa(4534m)
Trek through along the river. The valley gradually opens and becomes U-shaved valley. Pass the mani stones draped with prayer flags. Na village is spreading at the base of huge chain of mountains.namely Chekigo6257m,Bamongo6400m and Kang Nachugo. The glacier lake Tsho Rolpa is situated Tram Bau glacier.
Day 10 Rest day and explore
Day 11 Tsho Rolpa to Gyalche
Day 12 Gyalche to Gonger River
Day 13 Gonger river to Thakuri goau
Day 14 Thakuri goau to Bigu Gompa
Day 15 Bigu Gompa to Tinsangla
Day 16 Tinsangla to Kalinchowk
Day 17 Kalinchowk to Charikot
Day 18 Charikot to Kathmandu. by bus
Day 23 Free day in Kathmandu.
Day 24 End of Programme
