 Rolwaling
Beding and Na is the last Sherpa village of this valley, where
more than 200 good Sherpa climbers, have been to the top of
Mt. Everest and numerous other 8000m peaks in Nepal .cross
over the Tashi Lapcha pass (5755m) and visit Thame, Tenzing
Norgay's hometown, and enter the Khumbu valley, the legendary
home of the Sherpas .which lies at the foot of Everest valley.
People and culture
Sherpas are main ethnic group who lives around in this region.
This is their heart land and their influence is to be seen
everywhere from their traditional dress to their distinctive
houses and monasteries. There are also minorities of various
other  groups.
Like Rai, Tamang, Braman and Chhetri. Flora and Fauna
Up to 4000m you will find dense stands of forest including
pine, oak and the spectacular flowering rhododendrons. In
spring all the hills are riot of colours. There is a good
chance of seeing wildlife, mostly of them are birds. If you
are lucky, you may will see musk deer, barking deer and Himalayan
Tahr.

Kathmandu.
to Jiri to Hanumante pass(2555m)
Bus ride will take approximately 10hrs to arrive Jiri. |
| Day 04 |
Hanumante
peak to Thrunagi( 5hrs)
Trail leading to the north on the ridge through mixed
terrain of rhododendron forests and meadows. Trek through
meadows and narrow path to the kharka of Mehare Chaul
to the ridge. Where prayer flags are flapping in the
wind and there is good views of Gaurishanker and Menlungtse
and Hanumante peak. There is a shrine dedicated to Shiva
and Hanuman. The trail goes down through rhododendron
forest and kharka to Thrunagi. |

day and explore |

Thrunagi to
Gote danda 5hrs
Trail descend through rhododendron forest to a small
pass(Lecten pass) with an open view. From here it is
steep descent of 400m to the valley. Cross the wooden
bridge to reach to Serukapti village. From here trial
goes uphill to Gothe danda. |
| Day 07 |
Gote
danda to Chordung peak 4hrs
Trek through the ridge and it leads straight to the
peak. The path becomes a steep ascent. In spring, rhododendrons
are blooming as if to ease your fatigue. If you are
in ridge, there is a 360degree panoramic view of Rolwaling
, Jugal and Langtang Himal. |
| Day 08 |
Chordung peak
to Jiri 5hrs
Trail descent through forest. Rhododendrons trees are
covered by moss, ferns and epiphytic orchids. There
are many Chorten and meadans in the Kharka. Pass the
terminal and cross the bridge, you are in main street
of Jiri. |

Jiri to Kathmandu.
by bus. |
