Booking & Payment:

To reserve the trip, you are kindly requested to make 20% deposit in advance at least 1 month prior to the trip departure date. The payment can be made either through Bank Transfer or Visa / Master / Credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Treks & tours booked and subsequently cancelled are subject to cancellation charges as follow:-

30 days prior: No cancellation charge.

Within 21 days: 10%

Within 14 days: 15%

Within 7 days: 30%

Less than 7 days: 50%

No refund no shows & delay arrivals of the clients or whatsoever reason.

RISK & LIABILITIES:

Hard Rock Treks has directed towards the fulfillment of your every desire. In this connection, we perform our duties honestly & seriously to make your journey very smooth & pleasant. However, Hard Rock Treks will not take any responsibility regarding any change & alternations in the itinerary due to the various reasons like unavoidable circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents. Any extra cost incurring there of shall be borne by the clients on the spots. All the clients are advised to have their own insurance that adequately covers against medical and person accident risk.
